Overview

Pain (formerly known as Paw) is a Legendary, Natural-type Blox Fruit that manipulates gravity and repulsion to push and pull enemies. Pain is an emotion/energy-based fruit that spawns Pain Ghosts, converting damage taken and absorbed ghosts into additional power. It’s a high-risk, high-reward fruit that excels at close-to-medium range with large AoE, low-knockback attacks and very high burst potential. A defining mechanic is Last Stand: when the user loses all health, Pain automatically grants a powerful second life that boosts damage, speed, mobility, and greatly reduces incoming damage (≈60%), shortens cooldowns, and offers a strong window for comeback or escape.

How to Obtain

- Pain is obtainable from the Blox Fruit Dealer or via player trading. - To fully upgrade Pain, upgrades are handled through the Admin Panel (research/mastery requirements apply). The official recommended method to research Pain is: - Go to Hot and Cold in the Second Sea. - Drink 3 Lava Potions and stand in the lava pool. - Hold W and press / to AFK — this increases research rate. - Note: Pain requires 500 Mastery (plus other upgrade unlock conditions) to fully upgrade; some specific unlocks (like Spectral Assimilation) are required for certain held moves.

Combat & Abilities

- Pain’s kit is energy-based, focused on spawning Pain Ghosts and large AoE attacks with low knockback, making it excellent for grinding and crowd control. - Key mechanics: - Pain Ghosts convert absorbed damage into additional power. - Many moves can damage Sea Beasts. - A held beam move: the user covers their face, surrounds themselves in a red aura, and upon release a large Pain Ghost fires a powerful red beam that damages, pulls enemies to the end of the beam, and stuns them. Holding increases beam size and damage. The held version requires the Spectral Assimilation upgrade. - Last Stand grants huge damage output, a short charge time for many attacks, excellent stun potential, and ignores part of defense buffs — ideal for clutch plays or finishing fights. - PvP: strong burst and stun capabilities, great at baiting and punishing due to low knockback and held-beam stuns. - Grinding: large AoE and ability to damage Sea Beasts makes Pain very efficient for farming mobs.
